Очистите болгарский перец от семян, нарежьте сегментами. Репчатый лук тоже нарежьте сегментами. Мелко покрошите чеснок.
Разогрейте сковороду с растительным маслом и обжарьте овощи на сильном огне до золотистого цвета.
